    Thanks, Jaako. EA keeping to a more holistic perspective is intrinsic to Clay Shriky’s ideas about “the Core group that gardens the environment.” As we get more and more involved in social media, Less is more. A dense two way conversation really can’t be ballooned and scaled. A group’s ability to make decisions, document and share documentation is facilitated. As a Community Manager, I am deeply engaged in keeping the small groups real, the big groups productive and the thousands dropping by. It is a 2010 imperative to engage with social media.
